Password retrieval methods
We can email your password to the email address associated with your Ctrip account. If you have not associated an email address with your account on the My Profile page, please choose another method.
If you used a mobile phone to create your Ctrip account, click the SMS password button to retrieve your password. If you would like to associate a mobile phone number with your Ctrip account now, please call 800-820-6666 (within Mainland China). SMS password retrieval can be used after the association is complete.
If you have a Ctrip card, please check for the original password on the lower left corner of the card. If your original password has changed or there is no password on the card, please use another method.
